TheHouse has 5 bedrooms, 4 with King size beds of which 3 can be converted to single beds. The 5th bedroom “TheOffice” is a private loft room with a queen bed.

All beds are made up with quality line dried bed linen & of course there are lovely views from all rooms.

Minimum stay 2 nights weekends, 3 nights long weekends and 7 nights Christmas and New Year

The interior design is warm, inviting & comfortable with an elegant, industrial/country/modern feel, the walls are lined with artworks, and shelves filled with magazines, novels, design and cookery books. Our linens are good quality and line dried. We also provide robes and pool towels

Ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms & there is a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner plus an open wood fire, we assure you will always be comfortable.

2 living room zones the upper ideal for a quiet read & the lower living room has a 40cm Loewe TV and hard drive filled with favorite TV series and movies, a Sonos music system, indoor & outdoor speakers & large comfy sofas. The indoor dining table fits 12 comfortably and we have an another table to extend the seating to 16, if required.

Absolutely no pets in TheHouse or TheGuestHouse & no children in TheGuestHouse. Pets and livestock are not allowed onto the Farm or in the GuestHouse This is a safety and liability issue.

TheDecks

NorthDeck: looks towards the topiary studded garden and onto the rear of the property, offering a stainless steel Evedure bbq & a square teak 8 seater dining table.

EastDeck: looks towards the mouth of the Crooked River, Gerringong and the ocean beyond, with outdoor sofa and 2 armchairs ideal for lazy afternoons reading, chatting and sipping wine.

SouthDeck: looks south to Mt Coollangatta over the Shoalhaven River & on to Jervis bay, it has a long teak 20 seater dining table.

PoolDeck: features a horizon edged solar heated, saltwater pool, looking over the valley floor & up to the barren grounds escarpment, with unforgettable sunsets.
