My family of 2 adults, 2 young children and our old bulldog spent 9 nights at Eagleview Park in January 2025. From the moment we inquired we were looked after by Darryl and his wife who were friendly and passionate in making sure we had a wonderful stay.

Eagleview Park is magic. A luxury farm stay that ticked all the boxes like location, comfort, facilities, views and activities.

Plenty to do regardless of the weather. We fed cows, held baby chicks, picked plums, cooked marshmallows at the fire pit, played board games, watched the kids roll down the hills and swam in the heated pool with the most spectacular views.

Foxground is moments to Berry, Gerroa beach and not far from Jamberoo for a day out with the kids.

We would LOVE to come back, it really is a special place. Thank you Darryl and family for looking after us.

We booked this place to celebrate a 60th birthday with some friends and family and it could not have been more perfect. Location was amazing with beautiful views. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you would need for a weekend away. Jacqui was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place to anyone planning on visting the area.

We booked this property for a family reunion and had the most magical time! The views go from from paddocks to ocean. There are so many places to relax and soak it all up. It’s a really special destination that the kids will remember forever. It feels like you’ve entered a whole new world yet eyou’re only moments away from the local towns. Berry and Gerringong that are worth exploring! We really didn’t want to leave, and hope to come back one day soon. Thank you for having us!

We had the most amazing weekend at Eagle View Park. The property is beautiful, the house is stunning but the views are the real treasure. Never seen views so beautiful! The house is so comfortable and luxurious with every amenity thought of. With decks on every side, an inviting pool and nature abounding we didn’t want to leave. What a wonderful couple of days, we didn't want to go home. We stayed in the guest house which was a cosy, comfortable and stylish space with gob-smacking views to boot! To sit out around the fire pit at sunset with a glass of champagne was a special moment as well. There is plenty to do locally and Helen and Bernard helped us with many suggestions. Thank you for your vision, it is a special place to stay.

This is a magnificent property. The views (which you can enjoy from the deck, infinity pool and even bath) are amazing, the house is well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful artistic touches thanks to the lovely host Helen!

An amazing location and a stunning house, this was the perfect getaway for our corporate retreat. It was the home away from home with everything to hand with a fully catered kitchen and a wonderful wet edge pool looking out over rolling hills down to the coastline. A truly memorable stay and can’t wait to come back.

Thanks to Helen and Bernard for our stay. We could of stared at that view forever. The most beautiful location to laze around the pool or sit around the fire. Although you’re 10 mins from town, you will feel gloriously far away! Loved it.

Truly a magical place to be. Nestled amongst a property that personifies the motto of ''elegance through natural beauty''. Everything from driving past the lovely cows to hanging out by the solar pool, was exactly the relaxing reset we both needed. Our host Bernard, was beyond caring and insightful when it came to our stay, providing a floral arch upon hearing of my planned proposal. This really highlighted our special moment on camera. We both will definitely be making this our place to visit when we are in need of a much-needed oasis from the busyness of life. Until we meet again!

This is an amazing place. The photos do not do it justice. Everything has been thought through by Helen and Gerard, from the Netflix and Sonos, to the super well equipped kitchen, to wood and firelighters etc. It's very clean and comfortable. Cushions are starting to look a little worn, but still in good condition. I love the pool and the outdoor fireplace, and just the stars at night. They even have the equipment to make cocktails, so bring your gin, soda and lime and make your own magic.

This spot is magical!!! From the pristine Airbnb, to the outstanding views, to the amazing pool, this spot is truly one of a kind. The pictures do not do it justice! Helen was an awesome host and made sure I had everything I needed for my amazing stay. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous little space for a romantic get away.

Helen's property is one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. It is beautifully positioned and thoughtfully styled and fantastic for a large group (there was 12 of us). What is particularly good is that the rooms are really comparable in size and comfort so for groups of adults, everyone gets a similar experience. The speakers outside and by the pool were fantastic. What we didn't expect to be as breathtaking was the view. The properties position on the top of the hill was absolutely stunning. We will DEFINITELY be returning.

Spectacular views, friendly host and a relaxing getaway!

We were blown away by the spectacular views - even after having read all the previous reviews and seeing the photos. Equally impressive was the superb hospitality offered by Helen and Bernard, who attended to every detail to make our trip enjoyable.
Eagleview is in an ideal location between Gerringong and Berry, with plenty of beautiful walks on offer. Our favourites were the Drawing Room Rocks (recommended by Bernard), and the Kiama to Gerringong walk. We also enjoyed being in and around the pool, which was warm enough to swim in even in September.

Absolutely spectacular views, with a fantastic guest house to ensure you're comfortable. The food option was fantastic, and highly recommended. Could spend weeks at this little gem.

What an absolutely breathtaking place to stay. It truly was the most perfect place to escape and unplug. With thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special and warm, hospitable hosts (Helen & Bernard) who have great knowledge of the local surrounds and are happy to help with recommendations, it really made everything so easy and you can completely relax for the entire time you’re there. It doesn’t matter the time of day, where you stand or where you look the view was always magical.

Even now, being back home, just the memory of the incredible views, the nature sounds and the amazing property (Helen and Bernard so kindly open to guests) make me feel calm.

I absolutely would recommend staying here and I hope to get back there again some time soon.

An off-grid escape that's powered by good vibes, this modern home tucked away in nsw is a modern wonder that brings the outside in with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. It's located in Foxground so social distancing here is easy. And if you need to work from home, you're guaranteed great views no matter where you park your laptop.

We had an amazing family getaway! The view is absolutely phenomenal. Property was sparkling clean, beds pillows and sheets all super comfortable. The whole property is so well kept and gorgeous .... Amenities in the kitchen were great for our big family feasting... by far the best property we have ever stayed at with a big family... Helen and Bernard were fantastic hosts we cannot wait to stay here again.

Wonderful stay, it’s an amazing house in a beautiful location with ocean views from Gerringong to Jervis Bay. We had the whole house and guest house for a large group with kids, lots to do around the house and farm. And only 10 minutes from Gerringong and Berry.

The pictures in the profile were amazing, But they still don't do the place justice. Everything was way more impressive in person. Worth every penny, will be looking to return later in the year.

Helens place is a Gem and a rare find. A truly inspiring design and well thought touches. Everything has been beautifully constructed and maintained. Sitting by the pool facing the valley was our highlight while we watched the sunset with centrally controlled music from the house all the way around the pool. Gorgeous ! To add icing to the cake Helen showed us around and suggested places we could go to eat which was very handy. As a plus we got to see kangaroos who came to say hello 🙂 It certainly is a true romantic getaway

A beautiful property with a stunning view, and friendly and accommodating host. The place is wonderfully furnished with plenty of room and areas to gather and sit together. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with all the basics + more, and has everything you need. As a whole it was very clean and welcoming. We found nothing to complain about during our stay and would love to come again.

Eagle View is the perfect place for a family gathering and the preparation for both pre and post wedding celebrations. Photo opportunities everywhere. Amazing spot! Spent our honeymoon night here and the place did not disappoint. Spent the afternoon in the pool then watched a beautiful sunset aroundthe fire into the evening. Helens food was one of the best meals I have ever had, 5 star food but definitely won't go hungry, good portions.

Eagleview Park is a place like no other, offering five star indulgence amidst the beautiful backdrop of lush green hills and ocean blue views. Better than the scenery is it’s amazing host family... The view is just spectacular and so gorgeous from morning through to night! My family and I loved our weekend away at this home and felt so comfortable right away with all the small little touches that Helen and Bernard have thought of. The fire pit was our favorite spot to hang out at each night after dinner with some wine. This place is just beautiful in every way. So much privacy yet so close to nearby towns with shops and restaurants...perfect location! Everything was very clean and well kept. All the decor is super stylish. Huge open kitchen and very well equipped with everything you’ll ever need. We loved this place and can not wait to come back for another stay...next time we’ll make sure it’s longer!

Breathe taking views with the most safest and tranquil home. You literally wake up to the most beautiful scene. Don’t forget your cameras when you visit and also trust me and have breakfast! Bathroom and shower was spotless. Bed was like a cloud and tv has nextflix! There’s also Sonos inside the Guesthouse and outside at the fire pit. AND! If you’re lucky you get to meet 2 very cute visitors (Puppies) guess that covers everything can’t wait to visit again !

Do yourself a favor and book this stunning property!

Eagle View Park is so well stocked with everything you could need, you'll never want to leave! Driving up the 1.5km driveway to the house was lovely, passing gorgeous grazing cows and lush green hills - we rolled down the car windows, breathing in the fresh air and I immediately felt miles away from everyday life and ready for a relaxing getaway.

Once the evening rolled in we grabbed a glass of red wine, snuggled up in front of the fire pit and roasted marshmallows. The guest house was especially amazing, as we laid in bed cows were grazing outside our window and we had uninterrupted views to the mountains.

Immediately upon arrival we all were already planning our next stay.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool just a few steps from the apartment .followed by beautiful hot shower and then a heart warming fire at the fire pit overlooking wooded Bushland and green rolling hills below. Amid the distant lights you can make out point Perpendicular Lighthouse. No watching TV. We were out all day brunching in Berry and did a tourist drive around the wrecked lighthouse near Hyam’s beach. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great break a couple of hours out of Sydney

The beautifully designed and fully equipped house, the resort style infinity pool, vegetable and egg picking in the garden, the outdoor kids play area, the fire kit, and not to mention the spectacular view from the top of the hill, Helen’s house has everything you can imagine for a family farm trip and it will surprise you every day and in different weather. Helen is a fantastic host and a lovely person. She gave us a very welcomed tour and thorough introduction at the time we arrived. And she’s being very considerate and understandable during the whole period of our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

We stayed in the gorgeous guesthouse. This was one the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was sublime. The views were unparalleled. We have stayed in the Illawarra region many times in the past and this was better than any hotel accommodation. We had stormy weather for the weekend but that didn’t ruin the experience. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Every little touch was thought of. This place deserves all the accolates other guests have written about in the past. Thanks for the amazing stay and experience!

Helen and Bernard showered us with warmth the minute we arrived. A bottle of Prosecco was places in the fridge as an amenity and the air-con was turned on prior to our arrival (as it was a hot day). The location itself is indescribable by words. The house is right at the top of 50 acres of land/farm that the family owns with live stock, home grown produce and kettle. The view from the bedroom and the infinity pool encompasses both the neighboring mountains and the distant ocean. It is something truly you have to see with your own eyes. When at the pool, be sure to use their sonos surround sound system to add to that already majestic view.

P.S, DO SHOW SOME AFFECTION TO THEIR 2 BEAUTIFUL DOGS. GIVE THEM SOME BELLY RUBS IF POSSIBLE!

Helen and Bernard are exceptional hosts and are happy to cater to your needs. They are both very lovely people and it is hard for my to write a some what negative review because they are so lovely but I do need to be honest.
We were led to the conclusion that while staying in the Guest house we would have the upmost privacy as they do not hire the house out while someone is staying in the Guest house and vice versa, this unfortunately was not the case, they had guests (we were told one but saw two drive up in the one car) staying in the main house preparing for the weekend retreat. We were told this would not be a problem, that was until they decided to play music over the pool area speakers before 7:30am not the best way to wake up when on a private retreat holiday...
The pool deck could really do with some tlc before someone cuts there foot open with several nails/ screws lifted and sections of the deck lifted up. The pool itself also needs some tlc, wasn't as clean as you would hope a guest pool would be, and the infinity over flow was very murky and looked as the it had not been used for a good while.
Once again it is very hard to leave a negative review as Helen and Bernard put in so much work but I feel it is all to keep the main house happy and not the guest house.

On another note the Guest house could really go with a nice lounge rather then the Two single lounge seats so you can lay down, relax and watch a movie with your partner.

Helen's place is amazing! Such a special space and the sunset is one of the most stunning I've ever seen.

We had such an incredible stay at Helen's guest house. The property is stunning and we couldn't have asked for a nicer room. The property is very private and quiet. The weather was perfect for our stay. We swam in the pool and used the fire pit each night. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait for another excuse to get away and visit again. If you are looking for classy yet homely place to stay with the MOST amazing views and relaxed feel, this is the place to be. We hired the main house for my 50th birthday weekend and were delighted with our choice. The location is better than it looks in the pictures - I was totally blown away with the amazing views across the valley and out to the ocean. The house is just gorgeous and beautifully appointed. My husband and I had the master bedroom which is totally luxurious and the view in the morning whilst lying in bed is out of this world. The house has everything there that you could possibly want, from books and boardgames to BBQs and a fire pit (we spent the first night outside around the fire drinking red wine - it was magical).
Helen and Bernard are fabulous hosts and right from before my booking, Helen answered all my questions and has been very helpful with everything. It was a delight to meet them during our stay and be able to stay at their wonderful home. We WILL be back!!

The home: Modern, stylish, homely with full glass view of the hills.
Bernard and Helen: kind hearted, lovely and attentive. They provide you with everything you need to have an amazing time.
This property is a perfect escape. We came as a couple, stayed two nights and made the most of the view by the fire pit. The shops are only a 10 minute drive but we recommend you stock up on some barbecue-able foods and spend most of your time here!
Ps, best part: being greeted by the beautiful animals on the property every morning. (They are fenced off from the actual house, though you can take 30 steps to seem all. And a short walk to greet Gus the gentle giant Bull)

Helen’s place was true to its name - offered an Eagle's eye view of the rolling hills of Foxground. Standing on the deck where the pool was, we could even catch a glimpse of the ocean! Nothing short of a romantic getaway - just drawing the curtains and lying in bed was heavenly! We also loved the home-made cookies and the thoughtful bottle of wine. Put it on our insta-story and inspired a lot of envy! Lovely for a weekend getaway or pit stop, especially with the firepit and view of the milky way on a clear night.

Our stay at Helen's place was beyond amazing, it exceeded our expectations in all aspects, including the property, the house, the amenities... and the view!
The house, but especially the kitchen, has EVERYTHING you need, sound system was also a big plus, you can hear music inside and outside the house, around the pool, and at the fire pit.

We couldn't imagine a better place to celebrate a birthday and a weekend getaway with close friends.
Helen and Bernard were fantastic hosts, we had eggs from their chickens, and two bottles of bubbles in the fridge when we arrived. We could also help ourselves with herbs from the garden. And on top of that, they were very welcoming and helpful.

Helen’s place in Foxground was absolutely stunning. My husband and I were celebrating our honey moon and we could not of asked for a better place to stay! The farm is beautiful and the pool/cottage was clean and welcoming, not to mention the amazing view! The only regret we have is that we didn’t book it for longer! Highly recommend.

If you're looking for peace, tranquillity in an amazing location then look no further! This place offers guests complete privacy, stunning views in all directions and a lovely salt water pool if you don't feel like leaving home for the beach ( which is also just 10 minutes away). It's cosy and comfortable for a romantic weekend away and the countryside is just lovely with the little green frogs and the native bird life. Highly recommend the location and the host was friendly and helpful with suggestions of good places to eat out.

We had a really wonderful time at Helen's place. The setting is spectacular, with amazing views. The photos do not exaggerate! The accommodation itself is luxurious but still homey and has everything you could need with a lot of thoughtful touches. We had a wonderful stay in Eagle View Park and everyone loves it, not only because of the fantastic view on the hill , but also the home feel atmosphere in
the property. It was definitely unforgettable holiday for all of us.

Could not have asked for a better setting for my birthday weekend away with close friends and family. Eagleview is simply breathtaking, it was a pleasure to wake up to the view of the southern highlands and beautiful property each morning. No-one was left unimpressed - we will definitely be back!

This place is magical!
Beautiful view, amazing house, comfortable bed with lux bedding. Truely the perfect place for a romantic getaway.
The local area is easily accessible and Helen's suggestions for dining options were spot on!
As a Host, Helen is attentive and approachable but gave us our space. She makes it all look effortless, but she must have worked very hard to create such a great experience.
We will definitely be back, and look forward to coming in Summer to use that beautiful pool.

My stay at Eagleview Park was nothing short of spectacular. The house is something special with the perfect combination of an unbeaten vista, a beautiful pool and garden as well as all the comforts of a homestead/country estate. My group and I had such an amazing time and we look forward to revisiting Eagleview Park in the near future.

Amazing views!! Easy access to beaches and good restaurants

This place is a marvel – quiet, secluded, high as an eagle's eyrie with views clear to Christendom. The coast, the mountains, clouds rolling in and Herculean sunsets. A private sun deck and cooling pool, stunning views from the lap of luxury tucked up in the charming guesthouse. Cows and serenity and friendly dogs. Helen and Bernard were the consumate hosts and the stay was simply brilliant.

This place is about as idyllic as it gets. Spectacular setting, and Helen was a wonderful host. Lots of variety of things to do - on the coast and inland!

It is hard to express how incredible this experience was, I am sure that anyone looking for a place to stay will be breath taken by this place. I cannot describe how beautiful the guest house was. To wake up in the morning with the stunning view was the best experience. My fiancé proposed to me in the guest house with a lot of help from Helen. She cooked us a delicious three-course meal and hid the ring in the dessert. Helen also prepared breakfast for us and we could not recommend it more. Both Helen and Bernard are the perfect host, they were great to talk too, generous and accommodating. They made us feel very spoilt. The guesthouse is extremely private and romantic. This place is perfect even to the smallest details, it was clean with luxury finishes. There was wine waiting for us in the room and Helen even left us some homemade cookies. We went for a walk at the end of Foxground road and saw wallabies, kangaroos, echidnas and a wombat. Our engagement was made so special because of Helen and Bernard and we could not thank them enough for the memories that will last a lifetime.

What a wonderful place and what exceptional hosts. The description of the location, accomodation was spot on. Our hosts were so, so nice. You couldn't ask for better hosts. This has been one of my favourite AirBnb stays.

The guesthouse, despite being near the main house is very secluded and private. The view is breathtaking and far more stunning than pictures are able to capture. While the accommodation itself is very secluded, it's only 10 minutes drive to Berry, which has lots of great dining options, and is great for shopping. It's not too far to other attractions such as Minnamurra and Fitzroy Falls, the Illawarra Fly, and kayaking in Kangaroo Valley. You won't want to leave the accommodation for long though given how nice it is. The farm setting is lovely. We watched baby cows from the farm run about and play with each other right in front of our room. We saw baby ducklings in the pond, and a fox on the road. The dogs are very friendly too. You won't want to miss Helen's cooking. We had both the dinner and the breakfast which were both incredible, and full of fresh produce from the farm. We've stayed in a few luxury self contained accommodations in the southern Highlands, and this is without a doubt the best. We would love to stay here again.

I was looking for a tranquil beautiful setting and that is exactly what I got. Everything worked smoothly and amenities were first class.

You could not find a more stunning location, it us truly beautiful and romantic. Hosts were very unobtrusive (a good thing!) but had a lovely chat with Helen when she brought breakfast for us. The location is fantastic being a quick drive to Kiama, Berry and a lot of other nice places. I didn't want to leave and will definitely miss the view!
